"360 Degree Approach to
Content Management"
by Joan Lassalle
A Door prize will be given at the end of the presentation.
|
Program
Description
Many companies move to structured content and component content
management as a way to leverage existing content, improve
quality, and lower cost. In the process they don't take into
account that this move is a new approach to content creation
and publishing. To be successful requires more than adopting
new technology. It requires a content infrastructure-a complex
mix of people, process, and technology. Within an organization
these elements must work together to achieve the goals of
component content management.
This presentation will describe a six point framework based
on a content maturity model that can help you evaluate your
organization's strengths, drive continuous process improvement,
and ensure you get the most from your CCMS investment.
